New Monthly and Annual Subscribers
1. To cancel your account simply log in and select "Your Account"
2. Select "Cancel Subscription" from the bottom left of your account area
4. Enter any feedback about your cancellation and select the cancel button
5. Final Confirmation
6. You will receive a confirmation message if everything went ok.
Legacy Silver (Web Pass Silver Quarterly Subscribers)
To cancel your Subscription simply submit a ticket to our customer service - please ensure you cancel at least 24 hours prior to your renewal date as subscription payments, once taken, are non refundable.
Alternatively if you have signed up via PayPal you can log in to your PayPal account and search for existing subscriptions that you have set up on your account.
You should then select to cancel your subscription set up with "Sonic Academy"
