If you have forgotten your login credentials or password - you can have them sent to you again as well as resetting your password
1. Open the Login box from the top left of the screen and select "Forgot Your Password"
2. Enter your registered email address
3. You will get a success message if all was OK - If you cannot remember your registered email address or think you may have misspelt it you will need to contact us to look into it for you
4. Check your email for the next step to change your password - click on "Change my password"
5. Enter and confirm your new password
6. You will get a success message and will be automatically logged in if successful
