To install your preset pack - first do the following
1. Download your preset pack from your Downloads Area
2. Double click to Extract the downloaded Zip file - this will reveal the MAC and PC installer files
3. Run the relevant installer (MAC or PC) and follow the on screen instructions
4. Your installed presets will appear from within your Plugin - see the related article on Where do I find my presets after installing, for more information
