My Card is being declined

If you are receiving a transaction error when trying to make a purchase on the site, this can be due to a number of factors listed below:

  • the card details or CVV number are incorrectly entered
  • the Postal Code / ZIP Code are incorrectly entered

 

If the transaction still fails

  • A temporary block has been placed on the transaction by your bank - this may resolve itself after a short time if you try again
  • A permanent block has been placed on the transaction by your bank as a security measure for an international purchase - It is best that you call your bank and they can remove the block there and then.
